I been wanting to blog since my birthday but for some reason I keep putting it off. I think reading my good friend Martin blog motivated me to blog again.
My friend Khoi posted a picture on his facebook with a cup that said " I'm too blessed to be stressed" on it and that quote really touch me. Right now I going through a little heart break from losing a friend that I really care for, what keeps me going is knowing I have so many amazing great friends that cares for me and I am just so blessed to have them in my life. I remember when I was in middle school I actually prayed to God for friends and now I have the greatest friends I can ever ask for. It so weird, it's like the more broken I am the more blessed I feel. I guess having a bad childhood just makes me appreciate things that much more now.
I remember during a Taize prayer during Holy Week, I was just sitting there reflecting on my life and thanking God for all he have given me and I couldn't stop smiling. I keep thinking of the group of friends that he blessed me with and my heart with just filled with joy.
Looking back at my previous blogs I notice they all about how blessed I am and how great of a time I'm having with my friends. There are a lot of drama that goes on my life here at the seminary but I always felt that the blessing that God have given me out weight those petty drama by far and I try to stay positive and I think that is what keeps me going.
