Things has been a little crazy for me lately,it has been a emotional roller coaster for me, but at the end of the day I am still smiling =]. Through each thing that happened to me, I learned something and grew from it. Like the saying, "God will never give you something you can't handle" So True!! Every time something happened to me, I wanted to blog about it but something else would happen to me before I get the chance too.
Life is truly a blessing for me here. There are days when I wanted to mop around school being sad, but someone or something always causes me to smile or laugh. Life is too short to sit around and feel sorry for myself all day. Someone must really been praying for me hard every day because the blessing I get from Him is just truly amazing.
One blessing that I received today was cantering in mass. I canter in mass before, but this was special because I was singing a duet with another person. I don't know if you can call it a duet, but I sang the main part of the song and my partner had a secondary voice. Originally our voice teacher was suppose to sing Amazing Grace for me cause I felt it was to high for me, but after listening to me sing it, her and the music teacher felt that I was capable of singing it. Great boost of confidence for me =].
Another thing regarding church music that made me happy was that, I showed Tweena the choir director at Saint callistus a video I posted on my previous blog of the two twin girls signing a Christian song that I really like. I showed it to her because I felt she would have a good voice for it, and she end up using the song for mass this past Sunday. Totally Awesome!!
